1. About ClaimPilot
ClaimPilot is operated by 711 Web Services LLP (“we”, “us”). ClaimPilot is an online tool that reviews the information you provide about an insurance claim and produces a report identifying potential weaknesses and suggested improvements.
2. What ClaimPilot is not
ClaimPilot is a claim-preparation tool. It is not a claims management service, and we do not submit claims, correspond with insurers, or act on your behalf. The report is informational and is not regulated financial, legal or insurance advice. You remain solely responsible for your claim and for any decision to submit it.
3. The service and payment
Each claim review costs £4.99, payable in advance via our payment provider. After successful payment we generate your report and make it available to download. The service is delivered digitally and immediately.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Your report reflects an automated analysis of the information you supply. A high score does not guarantee your insurer will accept the claim, and a low score does not mean it will be rejected. The decision rests entirely with your insurer.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. The quality of your report depends on it. You must not use ClaimPilot to prepare a claim you know to be false or fraudulent.
6. Refunds
Because the report is generated and delivered immediately, the £4.99 fee is generally non-refundable. If the service fails to generate a report due to a fault on our side, contact us at support@claimpilot.uk and we will issue a full refund.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means without our permission.
8. Intellectual property
The ClaimPilot platform, its content and its analysis methods remain our property. Your report is yours to use for your own claim.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of ClaimPilot is limited to the £4.99 fee you paid for the relevant report. We are not liable for any insurer decision or for losses arising from how you use your report.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you use the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
