ClaimPilot is operated by 711 Web Services LLP, United Kingdom, the data controller for the personal data described here.
2. What we collect
The claim details you enter (policy information, incident details, damage description), any photos or documents you upload as evidence, and the email address you give us so we can send your report.
3. How we use it
We use your information solely to generate your claim report and to deliver it to you. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. AI processing
Your claim is analysed by Amazon Bedrock (Nova Pro), an AI service. The analysis runs in the AWS Europe (London) region. Your data is not used to train AI models.
5. Where your data is processed and stored
Your data is processed and stored on infrastructure located in the United Kingdom (AWS Europe, London). It does not leave the UK as part of providing your report.
6. Payment data
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe — we never see or store them.
7. Data retention
We keep your claim and report so you can access them again. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing support@claimpilot.uk.
8. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service — Amazon Web Services (hosting and AI) and Stripe (payments) — under appropriate agreements.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email support@claimpilot.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
10. Cookies
We use only the essential cookies needed for the site and the claim form to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published here.
